Has been a BDC Associate since 1992 after 15 years working internationally for developers and general contractors. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. In addition to mortgage monitoring all types of projects and cost planning, Ben’s extensive experience in development and construction facilitates delivery of consulting services to clients in all development stages. Recent projects include Aberdeen Mall and Residences in Richmond, de’Corize Highrise Residences in Surrey, Harbour Front Highrise Residences in Nanaimo and Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Calgary.
