Founded BDC in 1988 after running the Mortgage Monitoring section of a national cost consulting practice. Past chairman of the BC branch of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Author of the practice and procedures guide for Mortgage Monitoring Services by QS’s in B.C. Worked extensively in all areas of Quantity Surveying including Project Monitoring, Cost Planning, Scheduling and Project Management. Recent projects include The New Telus Office Tower, The Mark Residential Tower and River Walk Development in Vancouver; The Sovereign Hotel/Residential tower in Burnaby; The Emerald Residential Tower in Richmond; Fremont Shopping Centre in Port Coquitlam; Uptown Business Park in Victoria; Parkside Village Residential Towers in Mississauga; and Ponderosa Village Recreational and Residential Development in Peachland.
