Joined BDC in 2007; Roy has
over 20
years of experience in the field of
engineering. As a registered Professional
Engineer Roy played a key role in the
design and management of over
150 commercial and
residential land development projects.
Roy has overseen
all aspects of the development process
and has worked closely with all municipal
governments in the Lower Mainland.
An alumnus of the faculty of Engineering
at the
University of British Columbia
Roy has a wealth of experience working with building codes and construction
methods. Since joining BDC Roy has
worked on
Provinceton II, Delsom Estates,
Cathedral Grove, and Meridian Gate I.
