To assist Strata’s who are considering commissioning a Building Depreciation Report with associated Contingency Reserve Fund Cashflow Projections, BDC has created a Fee Indicator tool.
By entering the basic parameters of the building in question a Property Manager can gauge the size of the fee to complete a report. The fee estimate will include the combined fees of all inspecting Engineers and BDC’s Cashflow projections.

The estimated cost for a full Depreciation and CRF for your building is $ (CDN)
If by way of a 75% vote the strata elects not to have a full depreciation report, the cost of a Contingency Reserve Fund cashflow, based on general building parameters will be $ (CDN).
